Zara Tonkin serves as Employment Hero's Chief of Staff. In this role she supports the Employment Hero CEO and Executive Leadership Team in driving the business' ambitious growth agenda.
Zara’s ability to problem solve and make the complex simple, stems from her 5+ years working as a management consultant across a range of industries.
Like many Employment Hero employees, Zara is fully remote and undertakes her role while based on her family's cattle station, near Moree, northwest NSW. She undertook the move to be near her family during the pandemic. She now gets to live and work around her friends and family, spend money in her community, while simultaneously contributing to the growth of Employment Hero.
