Nick focusses on developing business systems that deliver whole of community impact and uplift and has created a community development model to assist regional communities to tackle some of the critical issues that are facing them such as housing supply, population growth, skills, training, and employment pathways. 

In tackling the housing market failure that is constraining many regional cities and towns, he brings 20 year’s experience in innovation, complex systems management, project delivery, and development. He is also passionate about sustainable communities, collective impact, and placemaking. 

He is the co-founder for PassievPlace and Shift Regional, providing employment and housing solutions for regional Australia, and has extensive engagement and project experience in regional communities both here and overseas. Nick has sat on the Property Council’s Sustainability Board and is an Associate Director of the renowned Social Licence firm Futureye. Nick has deep insights into the complex social, economic, and community issues facing our regions.
