The business was started by Jay Dillon to encourage more people to get out of the city and embark on regional road trips with friends and family. One Hour Out is a collection of the best food and cultural experiences surrounding Melbourne, all the while helping to support and grow small regional businesses in a way that has a positive impact on the wider community.
